The Services provide IP Geolocation intelligence, offering approximate location data (country, region, city), ASN, connection type, and threat analysis derived from IP addresses. It is critical to understand the inherent limitations of this data.
⚠️ Data Accuracy Warning
IP Geolocation data is inherently approximate, not precise. You acknowledge the following limitations:
- **No Guarantee of Precision:** Results reflect network node locations, not necessarily the user's exact physical address.
- **Dynamic IPs:** Accuracy is reduced for mobile, VPN, proxy, or CGNAT traffic.
- **Use at Your Own Risk:** The data is provided "as is" and should not be relied upon for mission-critical applications without supplementary verification.
3. User Conduct and Access Restrictions
This section defines acceptable behavior and prohibitions regarding the use of our API and website, safeguarding the integrity of our Services and data infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability
